Domain of the Monarchs

Monarchs... a series of cards within the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game, are cards based on monsters that rule over others with their powerful effects that activate upon their Tribute Summon. Although we'll never understand how they came to be, one thing is certain: They are here to dominate.
