[OUN] Asia-Pacific Treaty Organization

The creation of the Asia-Pacific Treaty Organization is to unite all nations under Asia and in the Pacific Region in military and economical terms, the APTO Council hereby creates this charter to promote peace and economical trading between Ro-nations in the Asia-Pacific Region.
